Hurstville, also known as “Little Hong Kong”, is the largest Chinese settlement in the southern hemisphere. With more than half of its population being from mainland China and Hong Kong, it is one of the most famous Chinese communities with the highest proportion of Chinese in Sydney.

Considered as a major suburb in the Southern District of Sydney, Hurstville is a well sought suburb due to its convenient public transport, shopping and other important amenities. Focused as the strategic centre in Sydney’s south, the government has made improvements in recent years such as reconstruction of infrastructure, streets and public areas leading to further growth of new immigrants, which also surge for more demand for housing in the area.
