About the roles
- This role is fundamental in ensuring the business achieves its ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- You must be confident in your ability to generate interest in company’s products and services, quality prospects, and most importantly close the sales.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively driving property listing on Teamlink. Generating sales leads for Teamlink as SaaS for B2B users such as the developers and real estate agencies.
- Leading and managing the design and production of sales & BD related marketing materials such as Teamlink training materials, sales plan preparation and execution etc.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Teamlink.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Tracking sales targets aligned with company objectives and providing consistent reports on the status of the accounts and transactions.
- Working with third party marketing agencies on the preparation and production of marketing collaterals if required.
- Assisting other teams with property sales & development activities if required.
About you
- CRM or other business software sales experience preferred.
- A track record of over-achieving quota and exceeding KPI’s and sales target.
- Real estate industry sales experience preferably with off-the-plan sales experience.
- Existing strong network with the developers and real estate agencies.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a practical approach to providing sales solutions.
- A genuine team player who can work effectively with others and self-motivated when working autonomously.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
