Digital Marketing Manager


About the role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force that oversees the marketing, branding, and events across the entire group consisting of both traditional real estate and PropTech business. This role will see you utilise your creativity, administration, and organisational skills daily. This is a critical role for our business and you will have input into the overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotional activities, and the development of a comprehensive marketing calendar.
  • Assume responsibility for all media (digital and social).
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms.
  • Ensure the company maintains an up-to-date social media presence as well as develops and implements social media strategies across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in marketing materials, activities, and campaigns across all company platforms and deadlines are met.
  • Work on weekly and monthly planning, generate analytics, and deliver digital campaigns across all digital channels (i.e., EDM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Property Portals) to maintain and develop brand image and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide regular reviews of digital channels’ performance and future improvements.
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
  • Work with internal teams (i.e., Sales Team and Property Management Team) on the budgeting of Marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the email marketing annual plan including EDM preparation, database management, execution, and analysis.
  • Lead and manage the Marketing Team to organise marketing activities and company events.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
To succeed in this role

You will have intermediate knowledge of managing digital marketing including website development and implementation, EDMs, SEO /SEM, online advertising, listing portals and social media.  

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Internet marketing data analysis skills.
  • Statistical or predictive modeling skills
  • Previous Real Estate marketing experience highly regarded.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must!
  • Business or marketing-related degree.
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
  • Proven working knowledge of social media tools.
